NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY
Every year, the National Honor Society carries out a project titled "Story Time for Little Ones" (a Book-Reading Activity for Elementary students).
Given its success and the improvement in students' reading engagement, we will do it again this year.
Students will participate in a fun and insightful project prepared by the NHS officers. We will visit the elementary classrooms and read to students for an hour. The NHS officers have prepared fun games for the little ones to get them involved in reading, too!
It will kick off during the Read Across America celebration this week, March 4-6, 2026.
Our goal is to create and celebrate a nation of diverse readers.
